    Just got the chickens last Summer, but this is the first try at pickled eggs. Only got 8 into the 1 litre jar. They are big!

    Pickled eggs will keep for one month in the refrigerator.

    Hard boiled eggs in a bottle of dill pickle juice is my favorite. You can reuse the juice several times if you want. Add some more vinegar and a dash of salt. Really good after they sit in fridge for a week or two.

    my family loves pickle eggs i tried this recipe.. but the recipe is not that bad but my family don,t like the spices sorry,,,they like it just plain without the spices...but if you like spices in pickle eggs then you,ll enjoy this recipe
