- ¾ cup ( 175 mL ) shredded cooked chicken
- ¼ cup ( 60 mL ) mild buffalo wing sauce
- ¼ cup ( 60 mL ) mayonnaise
- 2 whole wheat buns, split
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ cup ( 125 mL ) shredded lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
Instructions

Toss chicken with buffalo sauce. Spread mayo over each bun.

Notes
• Substitute a crumble of blue cheese for Swiss cheese.
