Over the past year, we’ve been having such a fun time working with dietitians, bloggers and online personalities from coast to coast who love eggs just as much as we do. In the spirit of sharing the best of the best egg dishes, simple recipes and easy cooking tips, we’ve reached out to our Get Cracking partners across Canada to have them share their favourite egg recipes and healthy eating advice. From breakfast to dinner, lunch to snacks, these recipes are not only delicious, they‘re nutritious!

I love this Egg Salad Quinoa Bowl because anything goes, and you can prepare the ingredients in bulk and enjoy throughout the week or as needed! Starting with a good base of protein from nutrient-dense eggs, you can basically combine them with any veggies or greens you have on hand. Keeping you full and nourished, I love the creamy texture of the eggs when added to this salad. Not to mention eggs have so many health benefits! 13 grams of protein (for two eggs), a great dose of energy from the vitamin B12, and lutein for eye health just to name a few.
